Body Optimization Metrics and Measurements

In order to optimize something, you need to be able to measure it, measure a baseline, perform some TipsTechniques, and then repeat.

Physiological metrics

With the help of your medical doctor, measure the following for example:

  • blood glucose level
  • cholesterol
  • resting heart rate
  • blood pressure
  • weight
  • ...

Performance metrics

Something simple is good. E.g.

  • walking (distance in time)
    • or jogging, running, skating, bicyling
  • pushups
  • weight lifting (max or reps)
  • climbing (difficulty or quantity of problems/routes)
  • ...
